How to Prepare- Just pour 200 ml of hot or cold water to the contents of one sachet stir well and you are ready to drink it. While many prefer the tea moderately sweet feel free to add more honey or even replace it with sugar to your taste.

Why are Hibso teabags wrapped individually?
We wrap our organic herbal blends in an envelope because we want to lock in the freshness and protect the high essential oil content which gives our teas such a special taste. Individually wrapped envelopes protect the tea bags from light and moisture which degrade the herbs, causing the tea to lose its depth of flavour and herbal health benefits. The envelope also prevents any cross-contamination of flavour or smell with other nearby foods.

I presumed these would be purely a hot drink but I was delighted to find you can make them as ice tea with cold water and no kettle needed. I stick one of these in a teapot with some ice and cold water and it dissolves instantly.
